Here's a short and concise post on how to get initial traction once your product is up and live.
Launch on Product Hunt
Success,
You've officially launched your new product on Product Hunt (or Kickstarter, or elsewhere?), and after a successful glow up you've acquired your first 100, or 1,000, maybe even 10,000 new users.
Of course, everyone's experience with this method of launch is different, but it's a fantastic way to get "early adopters" to use, test, and critique your tool.
Second Launch
You can't launch on PH 2x, so now we need to find another method of procuring new users and feedback. Next, you can launch on X (Twitter), Linkedin, Reddit (asking for "feedback"), Youtube, and all the other platforms. Make sure you target "communities" of people who you think will be interested in trying out your product.
Yup, this can give you another +100, +1000, +10,000 users. But, this method can only work 1-2x.
Long-term Strategy
Engage in communities as an authority.
Find the Reddit, Linkedin, Facebook, Slack, and Meetup communities that you think make the most sense for you. Have someone dedicated to browsing these platforms daily (if not yourself) and answer questions for those in need. Be the expert. If you don't know the answer, ask someone nearby or google it.
In doing this, you'll build trust, slowly but surely. This in turn can create an interest in you, your company, or your product, and it's a great way to get a cult following, not to mention engaging with the community can give you answers you didn't even think of.
As an example, I recently had a post go viral with 2.6 million views asking others what they think about features that should be in a dating app.
In return, I had many DM's (many lost) of people asking for further ways of engagement. This is where you want to be.
A "secret" organic strategy
For those who are bootstrapping their startups, or have little funds to promote, you'll really want to pay attention to the next part. Did you know that there's a way to generate 10,000 - 25,000 (or more) organic visitors to your website each month?
Of course, social media outreach has always been the tried and true method for this, but what if you were only a few adjustments away from actually succeeding? How do I know that you'll succeed? I am currently using the same strategy, which generates hundreds of visitors to my website each day.
The best part about this is that so far I have spent $0.00 on advertisements, and my conversions are still pretty good, given that the organic outreach that I do is targeted and "niche".
If you don't have the time to do the outreach yourself, than this strategy won't be for you. If you can do it yourself, or have someone that can be dedicated to the effort, then I highly recommend you checking it out!
Would you also like to drive an extra 100,000+ visitors to your website this year, without starting a new ad campaign? Crazy, but true!?

Interesting topic! It’s crucial to focus on optimizing the user experience and refining marketing funnels post-launch. Engaging with early users and iterating based on their needs can also dramatically enhance product adoption and growth.
