Easy way to detect pantone numbers

There are actually some more ways to detect these pantone number of colors in fashion and home textile industry. I am just sharing my favorite way which is one of those ways. This is because, this way really saves my time.

If your buyer does not know the pantone numbers except throwing you only high or medium resolution design file like in JPEG, Ai, PDF or may be PSD Photoshop format. I believe at least they do, thank you dear buyers.

Well, dear suppliers, mills and manufacturers...No worries.....As you all know, TPX stands for Textile Paper Extended & "TCX" stands for "Textile Cotton Extended. Both are indicators to follow the Color System in textile and garments' printing. I mean any technical printing.

There are slight differences between the paper and fabric versions of the System. However, for CAD applications, the differences should be minor. A note of caution: When specifying your color choices to a mill or manufacturer, be sure to specify and conduct your all sample approvals from either the TCX or TPX version of PANTONE FASHION + HOME only. I think TPX is the best option to understand from both buyer and supplier sides.

Before all of these, please make sure that You understand what is "TCX" and "TPX". On the other hand, what is coated and uncoated facts of pantone numbers' system.

YES, now you need to have just a good and flexible version of Photoshop software but NO, you do not have to be expert as Photoshop advanced user to follow this trick. Always warm regards to everyone. Thank you.
