There was an item I desperately needed to get recently, which wasn't available in most of the physical stores I visited, then I decided to check online which was Facebook precisely, and found a store that has it, then I visited.
I enjoyed the few minutes I spent there and felt comfortable, immediately after the item was brought to me, I felt disappointed because it was different from the picture.?
The seller noticed my attitude towards the item, then she began talking in other to convince me, I tried telling her what I wanted but to no avail, with no room to speak. I immediately apologized and left.
One of the most difficult aspects of marketing is convincing a client, being persuasive enough can be so overwhelming and difficult.?
Here are 4 tricks I want you to implement :
1. Ask About The Client's Well-Being:
Now at the beginning of every conversation, ask about their well-being this shows you truly care for them, and even if it seems like nothing, it goes a long way with the client.?Research revealed that the chances of sales increase significantly among clients who were asked about their well-being. This triggers some emotional reactions and stirs up a conversation on friendly ground.

2. Always listen to your client's needs :?
Allow them to voice out their needs, this will give you an idea of how to satisfy them and it would make the persuasion process easier.?
3. Avoid speaking too much :
You might say "But if I don't speak much how do I persuade them "?Speaking too much at some point will give the client an idea that you are desperate and want them to get your product or service and it might as well lead to lying which the client might sense and lead to you losing the deal.?
4. Sell the benefits Instead of the features :?
I have been able to effectively market lots of products /services and with this strategy, I tell you it WORKS than highlighting the feature why not tell them what they stand to gain?

1 年Selling isn't convincing anyone...It's persuading people to take action. And when you persuade them well...they will respond. But, if you don't...they'll take action.

1 年To add to this Selling is not convincing, but persuading. They already have it in them to get solution to their problem. You just persuade them to take that action they have wanted to take. And with what you listed, it's sure a good way to go
