Welcome back, or if it’s your first time here, take a seat, and I’ll fix you a drink.

Today, we are going to look at an Easy Tiger.

It’s almost a Tequila version of the? Moscow Mule, but with its own profile, it’s an easy sipper.

Let's start with some ingredients:

• 2 slices of Fresh Ginger
• 3 oz Reposado Tequila
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 4 oz Ginger beer
• 2 teaspoons Honey (Runny honey works best)

What Glass should I use,…

• Coupe
• Nic & Nora

What hardware do I need?

• Shaker
• Muddler
• Bar spoon
• Strainer
• Fine Strainer

Ice for the shaker

None in the Drink

Garnish

Citrus twist

Directions - Let's do this; let's make a drink!

Muddle ginger in the base of the shaker.

Add the honey and the Tequila.

Stir until the honey is dissolved.

Add the lime juice and shake with ice.

Double strain into a glass and garnish with a citrus twist.

Tips

Replace the Ginger Beer with fiery Ginger syrup and Soda water for a nice kick.

Honey syrup (1:1)? is a great fit for this drink if you have it on hand.
