An Easy Framework For Learning Meditation

I have been practicing meditation for 20 years.

Along the way, I have done all sorts of things to try to get better:

I’ve read many books like:

  • "The Power Of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment" by Eckhart Tolle
  • “The Book of Secrets” by Osho
  • “Inner Engineering” by Sadhguru

I’ve seen many Sadhguru videos on Youtube.

I’ve attended Yoga classes with a good teacher. Thank you "Pep".

And all of these things helped me a ton.

But if I had to start all over again (as a beginner), this is the simple framework I wish I had for learning how to meditate:

Step 1: Start with guided meditations

Guided meditations provide structure and help you stay focused.

Step 2: Set a consistent daily schedule

Consistency helps build the habit and makes meditation a natural part of your routine.

Step 3: Keep a meditation journal

Writing about your experiences can help you track your progress and understand your meditation journey better.

When you're first starting out, this is all that matters.
