Easy To Do Tips For Calorie Intake And Weight Loss

Happy, fun and fit WHIRLWIND WEDNESDAY.


Dropping you some easy to do tips on controlling calorie intake and weight loss.


Ready?


1. Eat slowly. Stop rushing and pounding down your food. Slowing down when eating allows you to not only taste and enjoy your food, but consume less calories and allow for proper digestion. When you slam down your food, you do not completely chew what you're eating. Those large chunks of food you swallow are hider to digest and take longer to digest. The longer it takes to digest, the more fat your body holds on to.


2. Who are you eating with? Have you ever noticed that you tend to eat more than usual and eat when you're not hungry when dining out with a certain person or people? We all do this. Go eat and no you're not hungry. Or eat more than you want. Why?


3. Stop eating in front of the TV. Put all electronics away. We have been conditioned to eat and watch TV. Same as we do at the movies. The emotions from what you are viewing and the bad habit you developed by doing this, cause weight gain. Why do you need to eat every time you sit in front of the TV? Put the cell phones down!


4. Breathe! Take a bit, chew slowly, swallow and breathe. Exhale. Do this three times, then take another bite.


5. Put our forks down. Put your fork or spoon down between bites.


6. Do not stand up and eat. Sit down relax. Whatever you are trying to get to will be there when you're done eating.


7. Eat whole grain healthy foods, Eat fresh fruit. Foods that take longer to chew.


See. That was easy.


Practice this for 30 days and watch how you begin to lose weight.
