The "Easy" Button For Results
Fitness and nutrition are highly individualized, which makes it difficult to give advice that works for everyone.?
However, there are some tried-and-true principles that would benefit the vast majority of people.?
If you want to hit the "easy" button for results, aim to incorporate these habits into your daily routine:

-Eat Enough Protein (multiply your goal weight by 0.7. 150 pounds=105 grams per day)
-Drink 64+oz Water Every Day
-Eat 10 Servings Of Veggies A Day
-Focus on eating most of your carbs after your workout
-Sleep A Minimum Of 7.5 Hours A Night
-30 Minutes Of Movement (separate from your workout) Every Day
-Workout 3 Days A Week (No Less)
These are challenging habits, but with proper planning and dedication, they’re still doable.

Start by adding in the habit(s) that seem the easiest for you. Then, layer in the rest as you go. Remember, you don’t have to do?all the things?right away—it’s a process, and every step counts.
