In eastern medicine it is considered to be a good idea to not eat until full but keeping it around 70% per meal and having more meals in a day.
In reverse it is considered bad to eat until completely full but having less meals.
This is because it puts too much strain on your gastrointestinal tracks.
When it's strained the stress reaches other organs, which then affects your blood and lymph flow, stiffening muscles and joints. Which causes problems in your body as a whole.
It's best to not over strain your self on anything.
