?? Easter, stunt men and using AI to write your LinkedIn profile

Creating bulletproof Virtual Assistants since 2014. Grab your highlighters, we ride at dawn!
Good morning, I hope all is well in your world.
I don't know about you, but I am really looking forward to Easter.
With a four-day weekend and the clocks "springing" forward, we not only get to relax with a boatload of chocolate, but we also have an extra hour of daylight!
For me, the clocks going forward mean long, leisurely walks with Monty without any worry that I'll get stuck out in the woods in the dark - which is always a bonus.
Here's to a lovely Easter weekend full of chocolate, hot cross buns, fun, friends, family, and sunshine! ??????
THREE THINGS FOR YOU
1) I pre-launched my social media marketing course
If you didn't see my post yesterday, I'm currently offering my new Virtual Assistant social media course with a pre-launch discount.
The course will be £99 when it opens on April 4th, but you can secure a 30% discount if you buy now.
I've written the course because so many VAs seem to fall into the "posting for the sake of posting" trap.
They waste time churning out generic content aimed at nobody in particular and expect clients to beat a path to their door.
But that isn't going to work.
Social media is actually the most time-consuming, labour-intensive way to market your business, so you need to adopt a strategic approach if you want your hard work to pay off.
2) Using AI to write your LinkedIn profile
Last week I updated my post on how to write a stand-out Virtual Assistant LinkedIn profile and added a handy prompt so AI will write the About section for you.
Your About section is the main event of your LinkedIn profile, and I know from experience that it's pretty hard to write. ??
AI won't craft an absolutely perfect summary, but it will at least provide a starting point and make the job ten times easier!
3) A week in the life of a full-time VA
A couple of days ago, my VA Anna shared a glimpse into her life as a full-time Virtual Assistant.
In her Facebook post, she reveals the number of clients she has, the hours she works, the industries her clients are in, the tasks they want her to do, and what her week looks like day by day.

While there's no such thing as an "average" VA, and no two VA's weeks will be identical, you'll be happy to see that, despite a full workload, Anna still manages to fit in a yoga class, doctor's appointments and a facial!
I love my job! Best one I ever had. Working for yourself means choosing what you want to do, who you want to work with, designing your working day and living your best life!
Want to become a Virtual Assistant yourself?
Enrol in my DIY VA course, and I will walk you through the entire process. Oh, and the new social media marketing course is included free of charge!
??? UPCOMING EVENTS
I currently run several business-boosting events, including group coaching sessions and AI workshops to help you earn more money, learn new things, land more clients and become a better VA.
There are still a few places left on the AI workshops, but the group coaching sessions have sold out.
I'm going to schedule more of these going forward because they're really popular, and it's such a pleasure to give you guys some clarity and advice.
"If you’ve thought about joining one of Jo’s group coaching sessions but never got around to it - do it! I attended one last week because I needed some tips on the new direction I want my business to go in. Jo’s session gave me so many ideas that I otherwise wouldn’t have considered. Highly recommend!" Numbers are limited for all sessions, so book quickly to secure your place. ?
?? MY FAVOURITE THING THIS WEEK
The Fall Guy
My best friend sent me a link to a trailer for The Fall Guy, starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt. It looks so fun!
I'm a big film fan and love both actors (ding dong Ryan!), so I can't wait for the movie to come out in May. I watched the original series with Lee Majors in the 80s and even remember the theme song:
"I might fall from a tall building, I might roll a brand-new car, 'cause I'm the unknown stuntman that made Redford such a star." ??
I'm really showing my age now!
Okay, that's it for this week, but whether you're looking to set up your own business or you're already a hotshot VA with a stable of clients, I have a ton of guides, downloads, templates, checklists and courses to help you get where you want to go.
Have a lovely Easter!
