Easter CTRM Software reading
Easter has come and gone, and I took the opportunity to dive into some enriching reading. Recently, I completed "CTRM Software: An Analyst's View of a Dynamic Software Market" by Patrick Reames and Gary M. Vasey Ph.D. . I highly recommend this book to anyone in my network who works with trading applications or is planning the adoption of a new Commodity Trade Risk Management (CTRM) system. It's a well-written piece that offers detailed insights in an easily understandable manner.
Here's a glimpse into what the book has to offer:
Given my involvement in a team that collaborates with numerous commodity and Energy trading clients , dealing with a wide array of products from Power and Gas, to Metals, Oil, Carbon and Agricultural goods, I understand the importance of tailoring solutions to specific client needs. This often involves a thorough analysis of client requirements, review of the existing system architecture and desired future capabilities, which our Commodity and Energy Trading (CET) team at Baringa excels in. With our wealth of experience and expertise in ETRM/CTRM systems we're well-equipped to assist clients in navigating this complex landscape. Personally I have worked with ION RightAngle (former Solarc), ION Openlink (former Endur), Amphora, and other inhouse developed CTRMs. ?
To clarify, my recommendation originates purely from a desire to share valuable literature within my network, without any sponsorship involved.
? If you have any questions or would like to discuss ETRM/CTRM over a cup of coffee in Geneva surroundings, I'd be delighted to arrange it. Furthermore, I'm more than willing to connect you with one of our experts specializing in Trading Architecture & Selection, Trading Solutions Delivery, or Trading Strategy and advisory.
?Let's connect and explore the possibilities!
