East Coast Home Watch of Daytona Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Dave Carley draws from an extensive background in law enforcement, customer service, and construction, which enables him to effectively monitor and assess any home situation. He is a Viet Nam veteran and a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
Dave’s wife, Linda, is a probate attorney, and through her, Dave saw a need for Home Watch on properties that were in probate. Thus, East Coast Home Watch was born.
Dave has earned the designation of NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional. The CHWP designation shows Dave’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
