The theme for Earth Day 2023 – “Invest in Our Planet”
There's no better way to invest in planetary well-being than to invest in your health with WISE Choices !
That's what being a Happier Healthier Humans is all about!

Every choice we make impacts our own health, the health of those around us, and the health of the planet.
Your carbon footprint is important but so is the energetic impact you have on those around you.
Are you spreading I-llness or WE-llness?

Unfortunately, with shoes, flooring and engineered environments we have largely lost touch with our planet...literally!
Imagine you have hard rubber mittens on your hands.
How much sensation and functionality do you have?
That's what we have done to our feet with shoes.
Not only have our muscles atrophied due to the casting effects of footwear, complications arise from head to toe as our system attempts to compensate and adapt creating imbalances and discomforts in knees, hips, back, and yes, even your neck.
Add to these complications the electrical disconnect and static.
We are bioelectric beings!
We need Vitamin G (as in grounding!)
While the concepts of “earthing” and "grounding" may sound like a woo-woo trends, they are based in both ancient and modern sciences of human biology and earth energy.
Your nervous system, heartbeat, and brain all function through electrical impulses.
Earth is?of course?also electrical providing us with an unlimited supply of health-promoting negatively-charged electrons.
These electrons act as antioxidants which is why, when we are cut off from the earth energies, instances of disease increase.
Now add on all the time we spend with screens and electronic devices which radiate a positive charge and consider how we are surrounded by EMFs and who knows whatnot.
That's why being barefoot on the beach feels so darn good!
Refresh, Renew, Revitalize with the simple act of skin to earth contact daily.
If getting outside is not an option, or you want to boost your grounding by brining it inside there are plenty of products by companies such as Clint Ober Earthing.com
Personally, I go barefoot outside daily, sleep grounded, have grounding pads for my feet where I frequently sit, and wear Earthrunners grounded sandals.
So then, whaddya say?
Add a little more YAY to your day by Earthing and grounding so you discharge all that annoying static and generate more energy for enjoying life!!
