Orbillion Bio
Earth VC backs Cultivated Meat Startup with Strategic Investment to expand into Singapore, the pioneer market of the Cultivated Meat Industry.
We are pleased to announce our latest investment in Orbillion Bio (YC W21) to fuel their expansion into the Singapore market. Backed by The Venture Collective (TVC) , At One Ventures , Y Combinator , and Metaplanet , this funding round takes Orbillion’s total raised fund to $15M, marks a significant step in the startup’s effort to scale up production and further develop its technology.
Orbillion Bio is at the forefront of cultivated meat technology. Their innovation reduces land use by 95%, water use by 78%, and emissions by 92%, while achieving price parity with conventional beef. They aim to emerge as a leading B2B supplier of beef muscle and fat cells, with a focus on the ground beef market.

In their recent report, Group14 Technologies announced a minimum commitment of over $300 million from signing multi-year binding offtake agreements with five leading electric vehicle and consumer electronic battery cell manufacturers across Europe, Asia, and North America.
These strategic supply agreements continue to demonstrate Group14's progress in driving the global adoption of next-generation silicon battery technology.
