Yesterday morning, we boarded the latest Ritz-Carlton cruise liner to join 300+ other change makers: activists, impact entrepreneurs, conscious financiers, indigenous elders, thought leaders for an 8-day cruise across to Atlantic.

Participants from more than 30 countries, diverse economic brackets, nationalities, ages are gathered in an elevated understanding and intention to actively co-create a better future for life on this earth.

We weren’t planning to join this luxurious voyage — a seeming contradiction to what this community wants to achieve — until we realised it’s exactly the place we are meant to be. These are neos·life’s people. These are our partners, our inspiration, our hope, our team, our allies.

Yet we were still sceptical even while boarding the boat. Did we make the right decision? Was it going to be another regenerative gathering that in the end isn’t very regenerative, but just a big ‘all talk no action’ party?

Is this worth our time, money and attention given the crucial moment we are at with neos·life (website) to close on the land by mid December? (See section below ‘How can you help?’)

By the end of Day 1, which was full of serendipitous and beautiful encounters contributing to a better tomorrow, we knew that our intuition was guiding us, as always, well.

The feeling of courageous unity in this ship is palpable — well known speakers like Zach Bush and Charles Eisenstein together with the beautiful indigenous wisdom keepers that bring their prayers, accompanied by ecovillage builders, peace leaders, and those fighting for the rights of nature — we all sing the same song, share the same heartbeat.

We are all people who essentially, refuse to let the darkness — of our traumas and old paradigm programming win, over our love for this planet, for humanity, for peace, justice, for a healthy tomorrow for seven generations.

We are people who will courageously continue to stand for what we believe in, in the hope of activating others so they may free themselves from the shackles of the fear and passivity that holds their hearts hostage, and likewise participate in the extraordinary actions required as stewards on this planet.

Here, fears, doubts, prejudices, limited beliefs, are all welcome into the safe space of the heart where love says, thank you, but you’re not needed here. Courage and faith are the leaders now.

Bear, Katiyana and their team have done an incredible job of curating this diverse spectrum of sisters and brothers now sailing over the deep Atlantic ocean. We are deeply grateful to be part of it.

A Snapshot of Day 1?

Though this was Day 4 for the cruise, it was our first Day on it — and Day 1 of the more serious work of this voyage:

What does it take to create something profoundly new? What is uniquely possible here now? The way out is in. Earth law and Mycelial law (Josie Watson). Spirit aligned (indigenous) leadership program (Katsi Cook). We need wise rather than smart and hyper rational technology (Intelligences). We need to be better parents for AI (Raising AI by De Kai). Neg-information. You’re entitled to nothing and you’re entrusted with everything (Sufi saying). ‘Accidentally’ building the largest underwater robot firm (David Lang). The unique way the Taiwanese government responded to Covid. From dominant to emergent systems. It’s all about harmonising. Liberate one soul and the impact is manifold. The truth cannot be taught, it must be experienced.

It was a beautiful day of insights capturing neos·life’s mission, echoed by Earth One’s statement:

Everything the world needs is already here

We just have to integrate it into our lives, as a New Earth Operating System (neos)— and into places, created villages of dedicated practice, like neos·village will be, to show the world what is possible.

Raising planetary consciousness

Consciousness and culture are the heart of neos·life — born from the profound realisation that the root cause for all our problems and suffering is a limitation in consciousness.

neos·life’s — the new earth operating system’s primary objective is to raise planetary collective consciousness by creating a culture that supports it.

That is neos·life in a nutshell. Yes, we are building a village on a 1,000 acres for a 1,000 people with 200 homes, a transformation, well-being and holistic healing center, an academy, organic farm to feed everyone on the land, regeneration, autonomous housing, full energy, water and food self-sufficiency and all in harmony with nature each other and ourselves —

And yet, the purpose of all of this is much greater than the sum of the parts. It is to model a new culture that anyone can adopt — a new way of being and living that is not a compromise, not a life downgrade, but rather that lifts us out of a world of fear, scarcity and victimhood into a world of heart-consciousness, abundance, empowerment, and responsible stewardship.

This is not a fantasy utopia but an emergent co-creation of what is truly possible — with everyone who resonates with this mission and is willing to do the inner work on this journey. That is really our invitation to you and the world: let’s all heal, integrate, rise and thrive together.

A total game-changer opportunity

Research on brain function (e.g. Joe Dispenza, hypnotherapy) shows that our reality only shifts when we are able to expand our visionary and feeling realms to meet that vibration.

If we can’t see it, feel it, imagine it, experience it, it won’t shift. Sadly, most people haven’t even begun to imagine the kind of world that everyone on this ship believes in.

Intention plus elevated emotion facilitates an alchemical shift in one’s reality, catalysing a whole new way of being.

Yet most of them are on pause or aborted as investment never rolls in — because the vast majority of investors are still playing Game A, the ‘good old’ scarcity and survival driven capital accumulation game of life.

Yet to create a new way of living is priceless. Imagine a global network — a grid of lighthouses — of stunning, biophilic villages designed for the maximum health, joy and wellbeing of its residents, network, and the natural environment.

All the ingredients required exist already. And all we need to do is to put them all together. That is what neos·life is. Only when we transcend our own fears, we can truly serve humanity — and thereby create heaven on earth.

A beautiful closing

Day 1 of Earth One closed with an apt two hour Sacred Concert by Nākaloka — with Monica Dogra and Victorien Mulliez.

Nākaloka is an immersive sacred concert of the senses weaving world flute, sacred chant and recitation with community. This journey invites participants to disrupt the veil between human and divine embodiment through intentional and symbolic steps held in a potent sacred space.
