Earth Day was founded in 1970 as a day of education about environmental issues, and Earth Day 2022 will occur on Friday, April 22. The holiday is now a global celebration sometimes extended into Earth Week, a full seven days of events focused on green living.

You can host a fun and interactive Earth Day event for your tenants.??

Here are the top five ways to celebrate Earth Day:

1. Host a “Plant and Paint Craft” Event
2. Partner with a local organization to volunteer on a neighborhood project
3. Partner with a local urban garden or coop for a special event
