What is the root cause for 5x faster earth climate enthalpy rise ?

Declining cloudiness=H2O=WaterVapor resulting in 5x faster warming is the opposite of greenhouse effect.
Declining CO2 climate sensitivity resulting in 5x faster warming is the opposite of greenhouse effect.

With +2ppm CO2 per year or 200ppm per century on top of the 425ppm today, we need 2 centuries for 1 CO2 doubling resulting in +1,5°C in 2223AD according to the estimates of Lewis 2014 CO2 climate sensitivity estimates.
