EARS is recruiting a Head of Telecoms, Digital & Media to join CERRE in Brussels, the highly respected think tank at the cutting edge of regulation in the digital and network industries.

CERRE completes its mission, in full academic independence, through the delivery of top-quality studies and dissemination activities.

As a member of the think tank’s leadership team, the chosen candidate will coordinate a strong academic team to design, fund, direct and deliver a work programme corresponding to the needs of senior executives in the CERRE membership including some of the largest global industry players and regulators.

Besides a demonstrated passion, intellectual curiosity and public affairs experience linked to digital, telecoms and media policy issues, CERRE is looking for a natural entrepreneur, ready to launch design and engage members in what will be deemed by the latter, in her/his practice as well as at CERRE’s level, as added-value, useful initiatives and activities.
