This is a?full day session that will take place on?August 22,?from 9-3pm (lunch break included).
This workshop is designed around several hands-on?simulations (or games) that introduce the key principles of lean and the Last Planner System?. This workshop will give you powerful ways to implement and communicate the concepts within your organization and on your projects.
It will provide insights to lean?principles,?lean implementation and will provide validated solutions for overcoming common implementation challenges. This workshop consists of short videos, interactive activities, quizzes, live discussions with the facilitator(s) and supplemental resources.
