Mindset is Everything
"The first hour of your day and how you spend it often sets the tone for the rest of your day and your life" (Kathuria D, 2017) First and foremost you need to set your mind, speak to ourselves on waking up early in the morning. Everyday before you go to sleep in the night hours, you set alarm in your mobile phone. At the same time do you speak to yourself saying you need to wake early and start your day? but still you fail to do? Never worry do not drop yourself, 'There are three key aspects you need to think often and make yourself prepare.
Alarm
Many of you see alarm is your waking friend but when alarm tone comes up in the morning most of you see the same alarm as a your ENEMY. The researchers from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University in Melbourne found that "people who used more melodic alarms reported feeling more alert in the mornings, whereas those whose alarms had harsher sounds"(Medical News Today, 2022) From the researchers it is understood that, melodic alarm improves alertness. Rather than seeing the alarm as your enemy it is best to keep the melodic or the even you can try keeping the alarm tone the music you love the most all time. There are various gadget to set alarm, most of you will prefer your convenient one but researchers have found the alarm tone is the important so choosing the right alarm tone "will influence how awake we feel after the alarm rings, and how efficiently we go about our daily tasks"(Medical News Today, 2022).
Morning Start
Start your morning with what you love to do. When you begin your morning with what you love the most will make you highly motivated and excited (Gupta S, 2021) However, the question here is why should I start my day with What I Love the Most? The productivity and expert coach Ellen Goodwin says starting your day with what you love the most "you get energised, you are going to carry that energy through the rest of the day"(Digiulio S, 2018)

When your mind is already made up thinking you going to start your day with what you love the most then you get that motivation and enthusiasm to start your day early in the morning. For example: I love to do Fitness, so my day starts with fitness and that keeps me highly motivated and positive throughout the day. When I go to bed in the night my mind gets the thought that I am going to start my day with Fitness, that makes me and helps to start my day early in the morning.
Understanding Yourself
Are you a person thinking you do not know 'what you love the most' then you need to focus on yourself. First thing you need to take a time for understanding yourself. Just taking a small amount of time in your day and reflecting on yourself like what you doing now? how you doing? the list of question goes on.
