When did you start fundraising? Were you in your twenties? Thirties? Maybe you were a little later to the party.
Sandra Pollack began when she was just a kid, and I am not referring to asking her parents for an allowance. She used to run backyard carnivals for the Muscular Dystrophy Association back in the day when Jerry Lewis's Labor Day telethon kept people glued to their console TVs. Next thing you know, she's in college managing MDA volunteers for her summer job.
From her backyard beginnings, Sandra built a career that's led her to Director of Development for the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
