Early to Fail and early to Rise in testing..
We know that Plan -> do -> check ->act (PDCA) cycle is there for continuous improvement of process and product.
But, Are we considering failure as a phase anywhere ? are we taking failure also as a driving force for learning ? Partially yes, we see failure as something which should never come as outcome .
Then I came across this word "Failebration" and rightly described and proved by prominent professionals in testing industry at #FailQonf ( one of its kind, unique conference where Failures are also discussed and celebrated )
Noting down some Take- away after this wonderful and well organized event :
"Leadership is not popularity contest"
and
"Delegate the problem is not the solution"
"Sometimes its good to celebrate your failure as well."
"Issues and Risk intersect each other somewhere , And testing is at intersection point.
"Failure is the right thing to talk , and not the success stories always" .
After the event , while talking with one of the organizer, I asked- how this is possible that all the speaker are exactly to the point and proving the theme right again the again .
I must say ,Superb experience while attending FailQonf , organized by The Test Tribe Community.
Most of the time we want to enjoy our weekends with family outing or in some cool tranquil. Some days back when I received a link in LinkedIn messages to register this online event , and when I saw list of guest going to speak. I thought WOW , what more one can ask for.
