99% of you have never heard of this agency growth technique that gives you experience and cash flow FAST…
But I’m gonna reveal it right now in this post.
In the early days of my agency, it helped us blow past $100,000 in just a few months.

I want this to reach as many LinkedIn accounts as possible.?
This is free game that you need to pay attention to.?
Let’s get to it.
When you’re starting out building your agency, it’s tough to get big brands to trust you.?
But as I mentioned in the last post, once you get 1 big brand on your roster, more will flood in.
This is how we did it 4 years ago when we started out.
Have you ever heard of “white-labeling”??
In our case, it meant that we were providing email marketing services on behalf of another agency that didn’t offer email marketing.?
We helped the bigger agency offer more value to their clients, and we got access to their network.
When it was just me and my partner working in the agency, we got connected to a bigger agency owner who needed email work done for their clients.
We’d get access to their slack, their email, and their processes.
We’d do killer work for their clients, and get referrals from them.
In doing this, we learned a lot about how big agencies operate, and got a glimpse of what it’s actually like to work with 7, 8, and 9 figure clients.
It influenced the way our processes within our agency are up until today, and it was the easiest source of cash flow for us.
You don’t wanna rely on other agencies for cash flow, but it’s predictable revenue that can be used to reinvest into the business.
Here’s a bonus tip on generating cash flow that most people don’t talk about.
I was the first email marketer on MarketerHire back years ago.
Because I was early, every brand that was looking for email marketing would come to me and my agency.?
Luckily, new freelance platforms are developed fairly often. There’s ALWAYS an opportunity to be early.?
We were able to get nearly a dozen clients from freelance platforms/job boards just like MarketerHire.?
They only took a small percentage of revenue, but gave us a ton of case studies, learnings, and cash flow.?
This is an underrated way to attract business when starting.
The point of this is:
You don’t need to rely on just cold outreach to generate leads.
There are leads all around you.?
Get creative and do things that no one else is doing for outsized results.

3 年This is exactly how we got started! We didn't know it would happen this way, but in hindsight I would do it all over again just to see how these larger brands operate and for the resources you get access to by working for a larger agency. We followed a lot of your insights in the beginning Chase (still do!), and they've helped us immensely! ????? Thank you!
