According to research, When exposed to the sun, the body releases a hormone called serotonin that gets us motivated, helps us focus and feel calmer. So perhaps the serotonin is making us feel more energetic. Also everything seems to look more beautiful on a sunny day. When I feel good, I have more energy. Many people are vitamin D deficient which can make us feel lethargic and depressed. When the Sun comes out and we spend time out in it, we recharge this vital nutrient and we feel better.
Also, there are many connotations with sunshine. Sunshine is happy. It grows things and makes things green. We are optimistic about life and we just know it’s going to be a bright, sunshine day! All humans and all living things are alive because of the life forces in the sun. The sun rays help us synthesize much more than Vitamin D. The sun has many many benefits just the morning shining on your back can do wonders. The sun has nutrients to help every sickness you can think of. Try to see if you could position your bed by a window so when the sun rises it shines on you.
This is what I do and it is priceless we have to do the best we can to help self. Because while there are great doctors some doctors just see you as a dollar sign..yes my friend get that sun shine and you will begin to see great improvements. By the way sunlight with sea sand can help remove stroke. Most sunny days increase the happiness hormone as mentioned before also increases your immunity, has an emotional effect on one of feeling warm and gives you memories of all the good things in life.

Like summer has longer days, socializing more with barbecues, swimming, flowers etc and being by the beach, which also releases negative ions that make you feel at peace, just my perspective. But having nutrients can also be energizing. Also it's psychosomatic. Would you feel better walking in cold darkness with the threat of rain wetting, or maybe even drenching you, or sunny light where you won't stagger forth, and you'll be warm and relaxed?
Motivation is energizing. Are we that close to nature that just the sun greeting us in the morning is enough to ‘make our day?’ Yes, if that heliosphere is up and shining, there is the hope of a new day of opportunities awaiting us. As Karen Carpenter sang , ‘Rainy days and Mondays get me down..’. Cheers!
