Each coach has a calling to become a coach. There’s something deep down inside they know they have to share with others.

No one got into coaching because they thought it would be easy! As a coach of others, you have a true calling. A need to share your knowledge with others.

Sharing knowledge helps us create bigger impact in the world.

Creating more impact and helping others succeed is at the core of every good coach I have worked with over the last 5+ years as a partner manager.

I had a chat with my friend, Subrat on the Sparking Entrepreneur Show. I always love the type of organic conversation that comes out from interviews like this.

She also mentioned that having a certification is not always necessary if the coach is well-educated and committed to helping others.
