Job Purpose

We are looking for highly motivated candidates interested in developing their competences in the areas of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional support and process documentation. As E1 Support Specialist in our company, you will be working closely with business users across Europe, helping them with ERP related incidents, service and enhancement requests.

The E1 Support Specialist will report to the Application Manager, framed within the focus of the company business process efficiency and user satisfaction.

This position can provide the opportunity to develop skills with a global ERP, customer service, finance, and master data processes and best practices within an international environment in a growing organization.

Principal Responsibilities of the role

  • Assists users with their technical difficulties in an organized manner, via ticketing tool and within agreed SLA.
  • Reviews any new implementation for technical details ensuring business standard approach.
  • Trains other team members to get them to the same technical level before implementation of any new initiative.
  • Prepares documentation.
  • Works closely with the team and manager to find best fixes for incidents, and to evaluate effort for system enhancements.
  • Experience working with business analysts to evaluate current and planned business processes and initiatives.
  • Work well on a team as well as being able to work autonomously when needed.

What you need for this position:

Must have Experience / Skills:

Candidate needs to have a background that includes both functional and technical knowledge of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA), as well as Customer Service order entry ones.

  • 3+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Toolset including Application, UBE, TC, BSFN, NER and
  • Interface design, development and maintenance
  • Experience with MS SQL & Oracle DB
  • Knowledge of JDE user security setup & role maintenance
  • Interface creation & support
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have Experience / Skills:

  • Preferred experience with JDE development process and understands development artifacts
  • Experience in developer unit testing including debugging.
