E-COMMERCE SHAPING THE FUTURE
It’s hard to imagine anyone not recognizing the need for an e-commerce presence in 2020. People who might not have been as comfortable ordering things online are now getting into the market. I hope that the decision maker understands how essential it is if you want to sell something in today’s world.
E-commerce will not be just another channel to sell, it will be your brand and if done rightly it will showcase your understanding of customer experiences and what they demand of you, regardless of you are into B2B / B2C, any product or service category.
Meeting in person, going into a store etc used to be the way to build trust, not anymore. Every company needs to show who’s behind the services and products they deliver. All businesses has to become a media house now where content and story around your products / services gets distributed across social channels in audio, video, pictures, and written form.
Businesses which can successfully enter the industry now will see great returns, and those who do not, will eventually die out. What are you doing today to make sure your business is still relevant in 5 years?

3 年Building online brand is no longer a choice but necessity. Although new brands are coming everyday but they closing also with great speed as ecosystem maturity is still evolving. One example of ecosystem is digital marketing agencies, everyone claims they are expert and will take brand to next level but fails to even provide commitment on performance they will deliver. Maturity of ecosystem is must for brands to survive in this competitive world
