Neurodiversity can come in many shapes and sizes, and it’s important to adapt to ensure individuals are comfortable and meet their full potential without obstacles.
It’s really easy for a business to fall into the habit of blanket working patterns/practices for every employee in a team. For a Neurodiverse person, this standard measure is often unobtainable.
According to 德勤 Insights, teams that are inclusive of individuals with Neurodiverse traits demonstrate a 30% increase in productivity – showing how vital it is to be inclusive and adapt your approach.
