The Dynasty Continues

Alrosa has been in the spotlight much often as of recently, as talks about newly discovered diamonds keep popping up monthly. A while back we reported of Alrosa’s find of the Romanovs diamond rough that was recovered from the Nyurbinskaya kimberlite pipe in Yakutia. This magnificent rough yielded 5 diamonds in total, one of them being the Dynasty diamonds. The Dynasty is a round, 51.38 ct diamond of D color and VVS1 clarity. This diamond was being auctioned off when it was suddenly pulled from the auction after much speculation that it won't reach its desired price range. The diamond plans to make a comeback shortly as its still searching for a potential buyer or spotlight at the next auction.
