The dynamics of change for an AI Revolution

Business & People Unlocking - The Art of Business and People Orchestration
UN-RE all you know.?
Life is constant movement, and movement is energy flowing.?This intensifies when we are going through major (sometimes long, sometimes short, and intense) moments of change.
We are living in one of those, the most intense and impactful in centuries.
These moments concentrate a great deal of energy. Moments of change demand... guess what: change. Change itself is up to each of us. But changing is not always a forward, driven action, it mostly starts with being able to look behind. It is about the steps backward we take, before we gain momentum to move forward.?
Before we RE-do, we have to UN-do.?
The real dynamics of change are about UN-RE moments.?
It doesn’t matter if you are focused on change in culture, people, leadership, or life—change involves a detox.?It’s like clearing away to create. It’s like destroying to build afterward.?
In a moment of great transformation like the one we are experiencing in the post-pandemic AI world, stability does not exist, and change is the only certainty.?
A moment that invites us to UN-do.
And if you are suffering to UN-do all you know, practice of belief, you must be in pain.?
We don't resist the uncertainties of the future, but the certainties of the past.
At the pace of the change we are seeing, no one is immune to discomfort and we all need support.?
Today, I wanted to share 3 “UNs- REs” that I have been using to help me navigate change that, hopefully, help you too.?
UN-pattern Mental Constructs to RE-understand Life
We humans rely on convictions and certainties to navigate a complex world. While these beliefs provide stability, they can also lead to rigidity, especially in a rapidly changing environment.?
This rigidity can hinder our ability to adapt and orchestrate effectively. The key to evolving from an inspirational leader to more prepared for future leadership models (such as the Orchestrator) is to move beyond rigid convictions. It’s not about eliminating our ideas but about learning to detach from them.?
This detachment allows us to remain open to new perspectives, foster creativity, and make better decisions. To orchestrate effectively, we must UN-pattern our fixed beliefs.?
By doing so, we create space for growth and flexibility, transforming from a “know-it-all” approach to a dynamic orchestration one.?
We fear more letting go of our patterns than accepting new ones.
The UN-RE exercise on your patterns can enhance our leadership and fulfill us profoundly, both in work and in life.

UN-wind Your Ego to RE-connect With Others
The size of the ego (and how much it’s in control) drives (or blocks) our capacity to drive change.
The “Me…”, “I did…”, “I am…”, "My team…".
The "My idea…" mindset is the worst enemy of innovation.
In a world where protagonism has become a syndrome, egos are booming. So are anxiety, frustration, emptiness, and lack of purpose. Surely the ego is part of our survival wires but one needs to understand it's not about him or her. It's about us, our species, other species, our planet, the universe.
If you UN-wind your ego, you open space for change through RE-connecting with others and a larger purpose, the only way to navigate the disruptions and changes we are facing.
UN-learn the Past to RE-wire for the Future
Some paradigms need to be left in the past to create the future. Something that urgently needs to be recognized by leaders and any agents of cultural and people transformation is that predefined roles are not a thing anymore. At least, not if you're looking ahead, to the future.?
The future needs to be co-thought and co-created, without constraints—just an ocean of possibilities waiting to be discovered and explored. But, one cannot build anything before UN-learning all they know. And this is profoundly more complicated than RE-designing the future. It's a block that creates anxiety, fear, and immobilism.
To RE-wire for the future the real challenge is to UN-learn what we know.
Final thoughts
Change isn't just a process; it's a confrontation.?A confrontation with our deepest fears, our most ingrained habits, and the very essence of who we think we are. It's not about gently guiding ourselves into a new reality, but about wrestling with some aspects of our past, and the certainties we've clung to, and the illusions we've built around us.?
The path forward demands not just a shift in perspective, but a radical overhaul of our inner landscapes.
So, the real question is, are we brave enough to UN-do what has always been, to RE-do what could be??
Because if we are, then we are not merely surviving change—we are mastering it.?
And in that mastery lies the key to a future not just waiting to be shaped, but one that we actively forge with intention, courage, and a willingness to embrace the unknown.?
The time to UN-RE is now, and the future depends on it.
Build your list of UNs and get started.
The REs will emerge much more naturally and sound more exciting.
Happy UN-RE.
