Dynamics 365 Relationship Insights - Tool to maximize opportunities to win and keep customers

Dynamics Relationship Insights is a new out of the box feature that leverages artificial intelligence (machine learning) and data integration to provide you better insights to your customer. Let’s look at how this brilliant addition will redefine the way you manage business relationships.
Relationship assistant – Observes activity and generate smart, action cards
The relationship assistant monitors activities, plans, records, data and communications with the customers. It combines and examines all the information at hand- then produces a collection of action cards, which are presented as your entry point to Microsoft Dynamics 365 on mobile devices, & as a carousel display on your web-based dashboards.
In regard to individual records, you’ll witness the action cards that apply directly to that record. All record types are supported, including the custom entities. There are 30 diverse types of action cards, every one of them offers customized information, helpful links and action controls for working with that information.
The Dynamics 365 relationship assistant gives you reminders of phone calls, meetings, upcoming events- evaluates the communications and recommends the prime time to approach a contact that has been inactive for a while. The system detects emails that are pending to be read and replied. Plus, it sends alert notifications of important opportunities that are approaching their close dates.
Email Engagement - Schedule good delivery times, Track opens and replies & Alerts to follow up
Email Engagement features help you create more effective email messages, and learns how your contacts interact with them. For e.g.- if your emails are being opened. This way you can be updated and prioritize prospects/ customers that are engaging the most.
You can write a new message and choose the most effective template as per the suggestions based on previous open and reply rates. Follow emails which notify you when the recipient opens the email, opens attachments, clicks a link or sends a reply.
You can write as per your convenience, but schedule good delivery times (when they have the most possibility of being noticed and read). It even checks the receivers’ time zones to suggest best delivery times.
Set a reminder for follow up. The reminder is offered as an action card presented by the relationship assistant, so it will be noticed by you right away. Each card comprises of links to assist you to discover, snooze, act upon, or dismiss the card.
Furthermore, the Dynamics 365 relationship insights email engagement lets you see the history and status of your followed messages anywhere they are displayed in the Dynamics 365. The most recent interaction and the current status are presented in the Activities list for any record where the email is relevant and you can expand the listing to view the interaction history.
Auto Capture - Find and track relevant messages
Auto capture discovers relevant messages from relevant addresses and presents the same in Dynamics 365. They are shown in the Activities column for the record they apply to. You can view them on Contact, Opportunity, Account, Lead, Case and Custom entities.
You can track any of the recommended messages in Microsoft Dynamics 365- making it accessible to your sales team and also for use by other Relationship Insights feature. Initially, the messages the auto capture discover are private for you, therefore not visible to other sales team members. Select the Track link to change the message from auto-capture to tracked email – This will copy the message into the Dynamics 365 file, thus making it possible for your sales team to view it.
You can still use your old techniques to track messages in Dynamics 365, including using the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook or track folders. Every track message in Dynamics 365 is accessible to Relationship Insights features.
