Education and Experience ?

• Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting, Business or technology related BA/BS.
• 3+ years Dynamics experience.
• Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication.
• Ability to lead people, teams and projects.
• Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in business or technology.
• Dynamics D365 Certification or NAV equivalent.
• Dynamics 365 experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Project Accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively, professionally, and respectfully represents other Information Technology staff members, teams, and their services to the client community.
• Aide in deployment of technologies in organization.
• Give customer guided demonstration of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sales Application and answer question about the product.
• Create new and modify existing customizations and integrations as requested by the customer.
• Perform data conversions, debug system problems, and craft resolutions.
• Develop solutions in Dynamics NAV and apps/ extensions for Business Central along with upgrades and migrations for customers.
• Installation and configuration of Business Central, along with service packs and hot fixes as needed.
• Support the firm core values of Scalable through continued development in those key areas.
• Develop and customize report and forms in D365 Business Central and Sales.
• Create field mappings D365 Business Central and Sales.
• Listen carefully to instructions, take notes, ask questions and seek clarification of instructions and assignments.
• Demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem-solving.
• Possess or attain a clear understanding of the project objectives to perform only the necessary procedures.
• Demonstrate continued growth through the application of learned skills and concepts to future projects.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of effective communication.
