Dynamic Working: a new approach for work-life balance
Since the COVID-19 pandemic spread across the world, millions more people have started working from home, and companies have quickly figured out ways to adapt and ensure connectivity productivity, and security. Many employees requested a more flexible working model when they returned to the office after the pandemic, creating new challenges for employers.
For many people, 2020 offered a chance to experience working from home for the first time, rapidly changing employees’ attitudes toward the traditional working models and with the benefits of a certain level of flexibility in where they worked.
At the heart of the employees' enthusiasm for dynamic working there are concrete reasons that employers have considered when planning their new working models: for example, people with caring responsibilities, who previously may have had no choice but to leave the work, now have opportunities to continue their career, employees with disabilities have the option to work without having to navigate often restricting physical workspaces, or people who live far from the main office, or want to move to new locations, have the freedom to do so without losing their job.
