PETITION: “Duty to Warn” must be acted upon.

Two sources of relevant information warrant the conclusion that “Duty to Warn” must be acted upon.

First the reasoning behind the psychiatric diagnoses that characterize Donald Trump are well delineated at "DIAGNOSE PRESIDENT TRUMP," a website called "Internet Mental Health:"

Secondly Niece Mary L. Trump, an experienced and trained clinical psychologist, has courageously documented her well-founded ability to offer a detailed family memoir that overwhelmingly cements the “Duty to Warn” Movement. That's why I created a petition to All mental health professionals, associates and YOU, which says: The conclusion is inescapable. Donald Trump is NOT going to change. So many books have been written including those by mental health professionals who believe that “Duty to Warn” is warranted by the myriad observations of his behavior that make it obvious his mental health issues will not yield to rational thinking. Therefore it is necessary to invoke the 25th Amendment to the Constitution and remove the President from office.
