Dusting off the Ol' Newsletter

It’s been a long while since I put in an entry to the newsletter. For that, I apologize.

For anyone tuning in to this week’s entry, I would start off by saying, thank you, I sincerely appreciate it!

So what fascinating thing can I talk about at this point?

Well, there’s a lot I suppose.

But to dust off the newsletter from the very lengthy amount of time since my last entry, I’ll talk about just that.

Time.

It’s amazing how fast time goes by, especially in one year, well, not quite a whole one just yet. It’s certainly been an intriguing one for me on a personal and professional level, especially the personal. It fits the cliché of being a roller coaster of ups and downs.

If y’all don’t mind, I’ll pass along some wisdom, or experience I should say. When I can, I try to find moments here and there to absorb what’s been going on in life – it doesn’t have to take too terribly long, just a few minutes. I know that what can trouble the heart and mind sometimes is not being able to process what’s going around you.

Find the time, it’s well worth it for your mental health and well-being.

Another thing, if you’ve gotten off track from your goals, perhaps give it another go. One of the bigger things that happened for me this year, more recent I should say, is getting back on track on going to the gym regularly. I really needed to go, I’m not great with the at-home working out. I need the motivation of seeing others working out - a topic for another day.

Despite derailing for some time this year, it’s well worth not writing the whole year off and getting back on track in working out and improving my health.

Which inspired to give this another go too, strange how that works. Yet another topic for another day lol!

Well, if you made it this far, I hope this newsletter entry helped you out in some way.

Thank you again for taking the time to read, and for everyone that has subscribed, I truly appreciate y’all.

Take care everyone and have a great rest of the week!

Stay intrigued!
