Dump Supposed To Be

Consigliere, Performance Coach, People Whisperer, Snow Globe Shaker ... Lover of bold red wine ?? .. Cuban cigars .. Hearty bourbon ?? .. Broadway theater ??
You know phrases like these all too well:
“When will the project be done?” It’s supposed to be done by the end of the month.
“When will the new inventory arrive?” It’s supposed to be here by the end of the week.
“How long will it take complete the new design?” It’s supposed to take six months.
The truth is that “supposed to be” is irrelevant. It distracts us from achieving our goals. “Supposed to be” is never the answer, and it’s often a way to avoid taking ownership and accountability.
Dump the “supposed to be” and claim what will be and what you will accomplish.
