Dulwich College 400th Anniversary
A lovely evening last night celebrating the 400th anniversary of the founding of the college by Edward Alleyn, the actor-manager in the Marlowe-Shakespeare era.
Clockwise from top left: the Barry buildings' center block with cloisters; Shackleton whiskey, served on ice, of course; Shackleton's boat in the new laboratory building; Pimms and snacks on the lawn in front of the Barry buildings; the Marlowe House flag; Alleyn and the founding of the college.
