It feels so rewarding to be able to give a little back to the community. ? Walk away with something new from the audience:

While I think carefully about what I can share to help others, I always walk away having learned something new from my audience! I love the connections I have made, and the follow-up emails and conversations after the conference. I love the feedback on my own leadership and the feeling that maybe I encouraged one more charter leader to succeed.?— Gayle Nadler , Executive Director, Multicultural Learning Center
Presenting at the CSDC Conference has always been a positive experience for us. We have engaging conversations, share a little about our expertise, and, more importantly, we always learn something new of our own.? — Emily Chatelain , CEO & Founder, School Food and Wellness Group
? Share in the camaraderie:
The CSDC Conference is a great opportunity to connect with the schools we support and interact face-to-face with so many charter leaders. We get to hear their collective struggles and successes, trade ideas, and brainstorm ways to continue to advocate for charters. We also have the opportunity to share experiences with other organizations providing support to charters. CSDC has developed a wonderful camaraderie between the schools, support organizations, and themselves in supporting the mission of charters. — Annice (Chen) Weinstein , Senior Manager, Assessment Data & Analysis, EdTec Inc.
? Get energized by new ideas and relationships:
I have had the privilege of presenting at the CSDC Conference for the past several years and have always found it to be a very rewarding experience. Not only does it provide the opportunity to meet and network with new members of the charter industry, but also collaborate with seasoned veterans on current issues and best practices in our ever-changing environment. The conference format and typical attendee group allows presenters to offer both introductory material to those just getting started as well as take a deeper dive in targeted areas for more experienced participants.
