Dubai's Branded Real Estate Sector Set to Lead Globally with 140 Premium Projects by 2031

By 2031, Dubai is set to complete 140 branded real estate projects, solidifying its position as a global leader in both real estate investment and luxury living.

According to the latest report from Savills Global Residential Development Consultancy, Dubai continues to hold its lead in the branded homes sector. The city owes its dominance to its thriving real estate market, the appeal of its luxurious lifestyle, and its excellent connectivity.

This places Dubai ahead of major global markets such as London, Miami, New York, and Phuket.

Currently, there are 740 branded homes across 100 countries, with an additional 790 expected to be completed by 2031.

Dubai’s ability to attract international brands and develop projects that cater to a diverse, global clientele is reflected in its more than 140 completed and planned developments. These projects, which cater to both luxury buyers and investors, include hotel-branded residences with five-star amenities as well as collaborations with renowned designers outside of the hotel sector.

Global demand for branded homes is forecast to double in the next seven years, with the number of developments increasing by 100%. The Middle East is projected to see the most significant growth, with the market expanding by an extraordinary 270%.

Dubai’s unchallenged leadership in this sector underscores its capacity to seamlessly integrate branded living into its dynamic, international environment.

Rico Picenoni, Head of Savills Global Residential Development Consultancy, notes that the concept of branded homes is broadening and diversifying into new regions.
