Dubai's 10 Most Lavish Neighborhoods Uncovered, Palm Jumeirah Surprisingly Absent
Realiste, an AI-powered Dubai property specialist, has unveiled the top 10 most expensive neighborhoods in Dubai, with Palm Jumeirah surprisingly absent from the list. Jumeirah Bay took the top position, boasting an average apartment cost of AED20m ($5.4m). The rankings were determined using Realiste's flagship product, the Index.
The top 10 most expensive neighborhoods in Dubai are:
- Jumeirah Bay, AED20m
- Al Sufouh Second Part 2, AED15.8m
- Al Sufouh First Part 2, AED15.8m
- Al Sufouh Second Part 1, AED15m
- Umm Suqeim Second Part 1, AED9m
- Arabian Ranches, AED6.6m
- Bluewaters Island, AED6.6m
- Zaabeel First Part 2, AED5.6m
- Al Yufrah 1, AED5.1m
- Wadi Al Safa 3 Part 2, AED5m
Palm Jumeirah, although well-known for its high property prices, secured only the 12th spot. Realiste's founder and CEO, Alex Galtsev, explained that the demand for property in these areas is driven by their proximity to waterfronts, green spaces, and major tourist attractions.
By 2024, several new residential complexes, such as Kensington Waters and Wilton Park Residences, are expected to be developed in these neighborhoods, further enhancing their appeal and value.
