So i was thinking to upload my resume for everyone out there so that every one could make something like this . But TBH it's up to the HR choice some want point to point CV's . Some want expansion with details but yes you can make it attractive and easy to go through . Now i know there are many LINKEDIN GURUS who will help you make a CV but i am not that guru . I can guide you how you can crack an interview with that being said : Here is the link to my resume ! again some might love it some might hate it .

Which ones respond and which don't ? Now that's a good question !

Answer : Well , Well , Well TBH sometimes companies and HRs are busy so it's not like they don't respond to you they sometimes don't respond to us as well. But it is what it is . You keep moving forward and you keep trying at max you could do is to drop them an email . Sometime pushing too much is not a good idea .

What companies are best to work with ?

Answer : There is nothing like a best company . A company which is been there for a while and people are working there i guess that's the best and sometimes a small firm can give you what a bigger firm can't . What are the LEGALITIES ?

The legalities are the same that you have to have your original documents . Must be attested in india by the required , competent authority and then when you are in UAE . You need to get those attested by MUFA .

Work Permit shall be issued by the company you are working for .

You must ask what are the incentives you are providing for ex : Medical insurance , living facility etc etc .

The most important how much you need to start with as a job ?or what salary one should ask for ?

As much as it depends on your CV and experience . If you have worked to literally start 15 K AED is a good deal but like i said to start with but the competition is high here too i won't lie . So it depends on your skill to negotiate . breakdown is if you are single individual 15k is fair but if you have dependents 20k should be the figure . Again depending on person to person .

Along with the Work permit, you have a labor contract issued by Ministry of Labor. It’s prudent to ask your potential Employer about the break up of HRA (Housing Rent Allowance) and Basic Salary (gratuity will be calculated on this aspect) along with Medical Insurance, Airfare for dependents as well.
