Over the past 3 years, I have worked in 6 real estate?& holiday homes companies. I will be talking about 8. I will not write the names; you can guess from the description. I naively hope that the owners will draw the right conclusions and correct themselves.

1st company of holiday homes and real estate. Located in Ibn Battuta, the owners are Russian speaking. They position themselves as 9 years in the UAE market, and their experience is like the mind of a sparrow under the knee. Out of 100 people, 80 are illegal immigrants. People are hired and fired in batches, without explaining why. Scandals and fights right in the office. No medical insurance, no obligations, no payments. It is very convenient to do business with 80 slaves. Nobody is a competitor. CEO - Spanish shame. She dresses, sometimes stylishly, sometimes like an escort - shorts a little shorter than her jacket. The "miracle" came from the accounting department of a network of well-known beauty salons - the guru of international business. All that the company's management can do is produce slaves, playing on the situations of people and Ukrainian refugees.

2nd real estate company. Located in Emaar Business Park. The owners are citizens of the Russian Federation. Position themselves as 3-4 years in the UAE market. Criminal past and present. They robbed, killed, and imprisoned (instead of themselves) a number of people and continue to do business on hopeless situations and human naivety. Of the 50 people, half are illegal immigrants. Nobody has health insurance. It is convenient to do business on slave labor, appropriation other people's money and clients. In the case of responsibility before the law, substitute themselves by their employees for long-term imprisonment.

3rd real estate company. Business Bay. Startup. Unprofitable since October 2022 (there is documented evidence). Dream of becoming a unicorn. No healthcare insurance, no obligations to employees. The CEO, a smart man, is trying to do something professionally and according to the law, but the owners (citizens of the Russian Federation) are tyrants. In Dubai, they are about a year, but position themselves as the guru of international business. Although both sports athletes should understand that it is impossible to go through in a year what others have gone through in 10-15-20 years, even if you count a year for three. Others also did not pick at the navel this year.

4th real estate company. Business Bay. Startup. The two female owners are tyrants. No education, no upbringing, no ethics. Slave labor and Ukrainian refugees are used to make a profit. There are no leads, but squeezing customers, a bucket of slop, and a tub of shit is guaranteed to everyone.

5th real estate company. Marina Plaza. 27 years in the UAE market, but no one knows about them. Never had HR. HR functions are performed by an accountant, a receptionist, and the brother of the owner. The owner of the company is a broker. Has a criminal past for which his friend was imprisoned. He could easily work alone but decided to amuse his pride. No health insurance, no obligations to employees. The company is needed only for play.

6th company of holiday homes. Marina Plaza. 3 years in the UAE market. The owner is the son of the previous owner of the company. Either drunk, or with a hangover, or in the hospital under droppers, cleansing the blood from alcohol. In the office, they all lie on sofas and give each other massages. Either a company, or a brothel, or a theater of the absurd.

7th real estate company. Business Bay. For 3 years, from a startup, it broke into the top three strongest real estate companies in the UAE. They owe the phenomenon to one Arab who installed a blockchain in this company 3-4 years ago, thanks to which it was possible to attract a large flow of capital from Russia through cryptocurrency. Over 500 real estate brokers and agents. Leads are regularly received by only 25-30 brokers. The rest are for extras and show-offs. No obligations, no health insurance. The company with the most toxic work environment. People are being used like toilet paper.

And in all previous companies, people are also used like toilet paper.

8th real estate company. Business Bay. 10 years in the UAE market. The owners are 2 Arab brokers with 15 years of experience in Dubai real estate. Humble, successful, smart. They know exactly where they are going and what they want. Natural Mentors. Of the 20 employees - ALL (!) have company visas and medical insurance. In Dubai, in the real estate industry, it's WOW! it's a phenomenon, it's a miracle! 10 brokers, all with qualified leads and strong management support. The boutique company recruits people very selectively and carefully. Pro only. Out of 20 people - 9 different nationalities (different countries), everyone is comfortable and happy. Friendly, cozy, creative environment. Cohesive team. There is a canteen and a game room to relieve stress. The game room means table hockey, not what you think.
