The resort will be completed in the span of 48 months and is proposed by Michael R.?Henderson the co-founder of Moon Resort World Inc. (MWR). Along with Henderson, the resort is co-founded by Sandra G. Matthews. The Moon Resort is the World’s largest sphere having a height of 305 meters (1000 feet) and a diameter of 229 meters (750ft).

The resort will feature a ‘lunar surface’ experience intended to bring tourism down to the Earth. According to the founders, the resort has more than 500 luxury residences and more than 4000 suites in the hotel. It will also display the walk on the moon exploring adventure and this signature attraction of the Lunar Colony is aimed to attract 10 million visitors annually.
