Create and offer them opportunities for growth, find out what are they most interested in and make it happen for them demonstrating your commitment to their career progression.

d. Provide regular feedback: 1:1s are the most powerful meetings that can help you elevate your team to your expectations and beyond. Use the time wisely! Provide constructive feedback in private only! Employees appreciate knowing where they stand and how they can improve if done in a caring way. Praise in public for a job done well.

Customer satisfaction is the lifeblood of any business, as happy customers are more likely to become loyal advocates for your brand. This does not only apply to the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success functions. It's for every group in the company, customers can be internal too. And managers play a crucial role in ensuring that their team provides exceptional service and maintains strong customer relationships. Here are some strategies to enhance customer satisfaction:
a. Understand customer needs: Empathize with your customers and identify their needs, preferences, and expectations. Spend time with them and develop products or services that cater to them and their needs, and ensure your team understands their perspective and importance.
b. Practice customer service with your team: Provide employees with the necessary tools, training, and support to deliver exceptional customer service and practice it every day. This includes training in communication skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. Use every internal and external interaction as an example, until it's a habit for the whole team.
