Today lets co-share and learn about DSU and what it means. The DSU means the Daily Stand Up, Stand up, Daily Scrum, Daily. These aid collaboration and communication for agile teams. Championed and facilitated by the Scrum Master to answer these question: What did I do yesterday? What will I be doing Today? Are there any Impediments/Road Blocks/Show Stoppers. This is done in 15minutes preferably taken while each member is Standing up, so it simple, short, sweet and straight to the point. The identified blockers can be dealt with in the Parking Lot that is the timeslot another 15minutes after each scrum stakeholder has had a chance to presents. Also if the discourse needs more time than 15minutes for the parking lot then the scrum master can schedule a separate meeting 1hr or 2hrs depends on need for the stakeholders concerned. That's it. Not derailing the team gets them back to cranking code and making magic and amazing experiences.
