DSF First Round of Grants
The DLT Science Foundation (DSF) has announced its first round of grants, committing $5M in funding across three grant programs for education, research, and innovation initiatives in the distributed ledger technology (DLT) space. The non-profit organisation, launched during Paris Blockchain Week, aims to revolutionise industries and society by empowering cutting-edge education, research, and innovation in DLT through its open network of world-class universities.
The DSF University Network includes prestigious global research institutions such as IIT Madras, LSE, NUS, UCL, and UZH. Academics from the DSF's university network members are eligible to apply for the grant programs, with more programs to be announced soon.
The comprehensive set of programs offered by DSF provides support in three key areas: Education (for students, executives, and developers), Research (for academics, Postdocs, and PhDs) and Innovation (for entrepreneurs). This support is provided directly by DSF and through grants to members of the DSF University Network.
