Dry Sunset
Welcome back, or if it’s your first time here, take a seat, and I’ll fix you a drink.
Today, we are going to look at a Dry Sunset. This is crisp, lightly bitter, and perfectly dry, making it an excellent pre-dinner or golden-hour sipper.
As you probably know, January is Dry January. While I deeply respect and support those who choose to abstain from alcohol for any reason—be it personal, health-related, or otherwise—the focus for Sip & Stir Chronicles remains on mixing, shaking, and stirring beverages that include alcohol.
As for Dry January, we see it as an opportunity to explore "dry" in a whole new way. For us, it’s a time to get creative with dry-themed drinks: think Dry Vermouth, Dry Gin, or even a little Dry Ice magic. We hope this playful twist inspires everyone to find their own way to sip and stir.
