6 个月Yeah that’s because the people who run the shelters or make the policies have never slept in the shelter they run. Not a single politician has ever stayed in one, and not a single police officer or other “leader”. The crux of the problem is that there is no safety or security in shelters, they have unrealistic rules and they are known to dish out plate fulls of nepotism for dinner. And if you don’t conform to the expectations well then a quick phone call to the police will surely see half of the room who have warrants for petty crimes scatter for safety elsewhere.
