Dropshipping? No. Dropservicing.

Dropshipping? No. Dropservicing.

Dropservicing is a business model where you sell services to clients without actually delivering the service yourself. Instead, you act as an intermediary between the client and a service provider. Here’s how it works:

  1. Service Offer: You market and sell a service, like graphic design, copywriting, web development, or SEO.
  2. Client Agreement: A client hires you to complete the task.
  3. Outsourcing: Instead of doing the work, you outsource the service to a freelancer or another service provider, usually at a lower rate.
  4. Delivery: The service provider completes the work, and you deliver it to your client under your own brand or business name.
  5. Profit: You charge your client a higher fee than what you pay the service provider, and the difference becomes your profit.

It’s similar to dropshipping but involves services instead of physical products. The key to success in dropservicing is effective marketing, building a client base, and finding reliable service providers who can deliver quality work on time.
