Dropping the First Pebble in the Water... continued

Welcome to Leader’s Path to Impact Newsletter! I published my first LinkedIn Newsletter yesterday with the Episode 1 of "Dropping the First Pebble in the Water."

If you have not read it, I recommend you start with the Episode 1. And here we continue...

Why is self the starting point?

Leadership transformation starts with the embodiment of self-leadership that requires a profound level of self-awareness. Self-awareness is the mastery of one’s strengths, values, inner motives, and what makes that person live a happy and wholehearted life. When people are consciously connected to their purpose, know which port they are sailing to, they can find their happy place, therefore formulate their impact.

If you want to change the world, start with yourself. — Mahatma Gandhi

Becoming a self-leader means being more connected to oneself so that life can be led with goals aligned to a higher purpose. People who have found meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in what they do have a positive influence on others. They have the potential to thrive and achieve results with impact.

Knowing yourself helps knowing others. Self-leaders are naturally more receptive to others’ aspirations, feelings, and actions. “Mastery of self” empowers people with emotional agility. Authentic, mindful, and compassionate leaders transform organizations via a people-centered approach.

?“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”―?Jane Goodall

What difference do I want to make?

Through my work, I help people going through transitions and change, who are on a personal quest to reinvent themselves to connect with their purpose and make an impact by positively influencing others in and outside the workplace. People connect with themselves more as they explore their values, strengths, and drivers. They gain clarity of passion and purpose and discover their self-leadership with insight, support, and grace. I aspire to have an impact on the vision and values of people by reinventing and empowering them with principles of self-leadership.

My impact will enable leaders to have an impact on others.?Both leadership and coaching have ripple effects. If leaders transform, they can transform others. As leaders change and transform through my work, their immediate stakeholders will change, too. The whole ecosystem will improve. Living in disruptive times and VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity), leaders or potential leaders need coaching to move from languishing to flourishing. My purpose is to bring more inspiration, motivation, and energy to the workplace. I want my coaching to be inspirational for people and transform them so that they become inspirational self-leaders and transform others. I aspire to transfer the ability to make an impact to leaders and potential leaders on a global scale.

I envision workplaces and leadership redesigned to uplift and align personal stories, values, and purpose with business goals via the efforts of inspiring, authentic, purposeful, servant self-leaders who are enabled to create better workplaces through their impact.

“If you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything.”―?Thich Nhat Hanh

I wish you the wealth of health, abundance of stillness, clarity of mind, and mastery of heart.

Until next time

To your impact!

When you are (young) you are proud of “not changing” When you get (older) that turns to “how you changed and adapted?” The key question is “what triggers you to that change?” Interior or exterior, solid definetion is priceless…
