The problem with mortgage lending in today’s market is if you don't fit in a conventional box, your loan will most likely be denied. At DROP Mortgage, Inc. we take a common sense approach to underwriting. We want to understand your full financial picture, so we may tailor a mortgage solution. No two people are alike, nor are their lives or finances. We live in a world that wants you to conform, I live in a world that says you don't have too.

I am able to work with highly unique income structures, which has DROP working with prominent artists, actors, and athletes purchasing their luxury estates. If you have compensating factors or can demonstrate the ability to re-pay in an unconventional way, we want to approve your loan. We understand the financial crisis may still play a part in your world, and if you are able to express hardship; we are  able to work around major credit events. As well as working around other typical deal killers, high DTI, Credit Events, Foreign national, lower fico, large loan amounts. We offer slightly above prime rates, for a hard money style underwrite without the hard money rates.

A lot of the products I offer are simply not readily available in the market. We offer a truly unique product and experience. We are offering financing for luxury homes, needless to say we want to offer a luxury experience. This means always going the extra mile for our clients to make sure they are satisfied and their needs met.

720 fico, 10% down 90ltv

3 years post 2 foreclosures

Cross Collateralized a property owned outright

Ended up with 25 day close and 6.99% Interest Only
